What We Believe
]
Real living begins when
you commit your life to Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "I have come that you
might have life and have it more abundantly", John 10:10
White Chapel affirms
the authority and divine inspiration of the Bible. The Bible reveals
to us:
The Lordship and
leadership of Jesus Christ, Jesus was born of a virgin, lives sinless
life, died on a cross so that you might have everlasting life, was
raised from the dead and is coming again.
The need for all people
to come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ through repentance
of our sins, putting our complete trust in faith in him, and being
obedient to his calling.
God's instruction on
baptism, an outward act symbolizing our commitment to follow Jesus
Christ as a believer.
The indwelling,
operative, and empowering presence of the Holy Spirit and the gifting
of all believers by the Holy Spirit for ministry.
White Chapel is a
congregation affiliated with the Church of God whose general offices
are in Anderson, Indiana. The Church of God emphasizes the unity of
all believers on the New Testament bases of a personal experience in the
saving power of Jesus Christ.
